Thank you for your interest in my photography! I picked up my first "real camera" nine years ago - just before I had my first little one - because I wanted to be sure to capture great memories, and NOT on my cell phone.

What started out as a hobby quickly turned into more fun than I could have imagined!
Turns out that I absolutely LOVE taking pictures of sweet kiddos and their families.
Having grown up near the ocean (Bethany Beach, DE) - I have always enjoyed being outdoors. After being in Cincinnati for over fifteen (!?!?!) years, I still love finding new places to capture amazing moments on camera. Whether it's a park, the bike trail, an urban downtown session, or the comfort of your own home, I'm happy to explore how to make your photos unique.
For me, photography is one of many ways to express love and joy in life. From celebrating the arrival of a newborn, to cherished photos of a full blown family reunion, to helping you get on your feet with a new business or blog - I am so excited to share in that experience with you.

When I'm not behind the camera, I'm working full-time as a faculty member at The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. I'm also a mom of three boys (with LOTS of energy), which is in part what makes me a great person to capture your family moments. I'm VERY much used to getting those precious or silly moments to emerge organically. And I'm patient when it takes more than a few minutes to crack that smile. It also means that I've had plenty of experience handling newborns. In fact, those snuggly sessions are some of my favorites!
